Today’s card is a “Fancy Tri-Fold Card” inspired by fellow demonstrator Peggy Noe. She made a super cute floral card. When I saw her card I had just gotten the NEW World of Good Product Suite and knew I had to make a similar card using it. This is what we came up with.
I started with a piece of Mossy Meadow Cardstock measuring 12″ x 5.5″. Score this piece at 4.25″, 7.25″ and 10.25″. Fold and burnish your score lines in an accordion motion.
Next I used the World of Good Specialty Designer Series Paper. I love ALL the sheets in this series of paper so this card is PERFECT for show casing them. Cut 5 pieces as follows: 1 piece of 5-3/8″ x 4-1/8″, 2 pieces of 5-3/8″ x 2-7/8″, and 2 pieces of 5-3/8″ x 1-9/16″. Adhere these pieces to your card base.
I stamped several of the images from the stamp set and added them as embellishments around the pieces of the card.
For the inside, the sentiment is stamped on Very Vanilla cardstock using Early Espresso Ink. This was cut out using the Stitched Rectangle Dies.
I love the Faux Suede Trim that coordinates with this product suite. Finally a “masculine” ribbon! I adhered the ribbon to the back of my card with some Seal and wrapped the ribbon to the front to tie a bow.
