Today’s card features my all time favorite fall themed Designer Series Paper. The colors remind me of my Grandma as these were all her favorites. In fact, I’ll be sending this card to her after I get it posted here. Don’t you just love when something to just reaches out to you and makes you think of someone special in your life? Everything about this card makes me think of Grandma.

To start, you’ll need your card base. Cut a piece of Crumb Cake Cardstock to 8.5″ x 5.5″, score at 2 1/8″, and 4.25″. Set aside.
Next cut your Designer Series Paper (DSP) pieces to 2″ x 5 3/8″ and 2.75″ x 3.75″. With the blade of your scissors, scrape the edges of your paper giving them a tattered. Next wad your DSP up into a ball. (Little Crafter LOVED doing this step. LOL) Flatten the paper back out. If it’s not worn enough looking, do it again. Consider it extra stress relief for this crafting session.

Adhere your 2″ x 5 3/8″ piece of DSP to the front fold of your card base.
Adhere the 2.75″ x 3.75″ piece of DSP to a 3″ x 4″ piece of Early Espresso Cardstock. Adhere to the front flap of your card base with Dimensionals.
Next Stamp your sentiment with Early Espresso onto Very Vanilla cardstock. Cut out the label using the Tasteful Labels Dies. Adhere to the front of the card with Dimensionals.

Punch out an acorn and leaf from your DSP. (Don’t you just LOVE that Stampin’ Up! coordinates their dies and punches to not only cut out their stamps, but ALSO their Paper?! LOVE THIS!) Adhere your punch outs to the front of your card. I glue the leaf straight down and added the acorn on top with a Dimensional.
Tie a bow with your copper ribbon and adhere with a glue dot.

For the inside, I again used my scissors to rough up the edges of my 4″ x 5.25″ piece of Very Vanilla Cardstock. Stamp the image with Mint Macaron Ink. Adhere to the inside of your card.
I absolutely LOVE the rustic, weathered look of this card.
