For today’s card we’re going for a simple classic look. We’ve got a main focal point in the bottom corner, then your eye is drawn up to this gorgeous embossed Magnolia.
First you’ll need an 8.5″ x 5.5″ piece of Night of Navy Cardstock. Score in the center at 4.25″. Ad a layer of the 4″ x 5.25″ Old Olive Cardstock to the card base.
Emboss your magnolia onto a 3.75″ x 5″ piece of Shimmer White Cardstock. Adhere to your Old Olive layer.
Stamps 2 of the small magnolia blooms onto Whisper White using your Night of Navy Ink Pad. Cut them out using the Magnolia Dies. Add them to the card base with Dimensionals.
Tie a bow using the Black Glittered Organdy Ribbon. Adhere with a Glue dot.
Stamp your sentiment (we used the “Happy Birthday” sentiment from the Blossoms in Bloom stamp set) using Night of Navy. Cut sentiment out using the banner from the All Dress Up Die Set. Adhere to the front of your card.
On the inside add a layer of 4″ x 5.25″ Whisper White so you can write a note. And that’s it! Pretty simple. 🙂
